Shipping Coverage
JEKYLL BRAND COSMETICS currently ships exclusively within the United States, including all 50 states and Washington D.C.
We do not ship internationally or to U.S. territories (such as Puerto Rico, Guam, or the U.S. Virgin Islands) at this time.
Order Processing Time
- Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and federal holidays).
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will begin processing the next business day.
- Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
During high-demand periods (such as holidays, product launches, or promotional sales), processing times may be extended by an additional 1–2 business days.
